Lucia joins our team as a Sales & Customer Service Specialist, bringing with her more than 10 years of experience in the cycling sector.

At Ossby we are always looking for ways to improve and provide the best service to our stores and customers. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce a new addition to our team: Lucía Ferreras, who joins as Sales & Customer Service Specialist. Her experience and passion for cycling make her the ideal person to strengthen our relationship with all of you, the bike shops that make it possible for more people to enjoy bikes and sustainable mobility.

Who is Lucía Ferreras?

Lucía has more than 10 years of experience in the cycling sector starting her adventure in Italy, Rotor Bike Components and Bicicletas Pasaje, where she played key roles such as International Key Account, Head of Customer Service among others. His background in Tourism and his career in several countries, such as Italy and the United Kingdom, have given him an international vision that will be of great value in Ossby.

Lucía is also passionate about cycling, nature, adventures and coffee. Whether it’s enjoying a good espresso or exploring new paths on your bike, you’re always on the lookout for new experiences that connect with your love of bikes and active living.

We talk to Lucía

We wanted to take this opportunity to chat with Lucía and learn a little more about her passion for cycling, her professional career and what excites her about joining Ossby.

What attracted you to Ossby?

“What I love about Ossby is its commitment to innovation and its vision to make the world more accessible and sustainable through bicycles. I completely identify with that mission. In addition, the team and the culture of the company seem very close, versatile and dynamic, and that is something that motivates me a lot, especially as a mother!”

How do you see your role in Ossby?

“My goal is to create a close relationship with the bike shops that collaborate with us. I believe that customer support and service is essential for things to flow smoothly. I want to be a point of support for stores and distributors, solve doubts, manage orders and make sure that everyone receives the best possible service. I also love the idea of working with a team that values collaboration so much.”

What do you like most about cycling?

“What I like most about cycling is the freedom you feel when riding a bike. It is a unique feeling, of connection with the environment, of being able to go wherever you want just with the momentum of your legs. In addition, I love that it is a sport that can be enjoyed both alone and in a group.”

Lucía: a professional with international experience

Lucia not only has a wealth of experience in the world of cycling, but she has also worked in various countries, which has given her a global perspective and a special ability to understand the needs of different types of markets.

He has worked in companies such as Gaerne SPA in Italy, where he was Key Account Specialist, and Triavip.com, where he led the International Sales Department. In all of these roles, Lucia has demonstrated her ability to manage key relationships, coordinate international events, and resolve incidents, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

What changes can we expect with its arrival?

Lucia’s arrival at Ossby will undoubtedly bring a new approach to customer service. Lucia will be managing orders, handling inquiries and coordinating with all the bike shops that work with us, making sure they receive the support they need to grow their businesses.

She will be the direct contact for anything related to sales and customer service, which means that both small shops and large distributors will have someone to talk to directly, someone who really understands the needs of the sector.
