If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased over the Internet, you have a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to return it. In this case, the transport costs generated by the return will be borne by the buyer.

Before making such a return, the customer must contact Ossby within the indicated period where the return process will be indicated. Any return without this prior notice will not be accepted by Ossby.

In the case you purchased a Ossby bike from one of our authorized distributors, all returns and claims need to be processed through that same point of sale where the product was purchased.

In order to accept the return, both the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, unused, without scratches, or broken or deteriorated and including all the documentation that accompanies the product, as well as its accessories. The customer must make a correct packaging that ensures its transport without damage.

If you have purchased the Ossby product directly from our online shop, you must request a return via this page. In case you have made your purchase through other online points of sale, such as Google Shopping or Amazon, send us an email with all the information of the purchase to the following email address: customer [ at ] ossby [ dot ] com.


Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to refund its amount through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the correct receipt of the product.
