WARRANTY

The quality assurance of Ossby bicycles entitles the repair of any possible defect of origin in the bicycle, including spare parts and labor, for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. For products purchased after January 1, 2022 the warranty is 3 years from the date of purchase. If you have purchased an electric bicycle model, Ossby offers you a warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase on all electrical components (motor, battery, charger and electrical system). In order to exercise your right of guarantee, it will be essential to have a valid proof of purchase (receipt)

This warranty will take effect from the date of purchase and will apply only to the original owner, therefore, it is non-transferable. This warranty will apply only to Ossby bicycles purchased through its website www.ossby.com and to all those purchased at any of the points of the network of authorized distributors.

The guarantee does not include deficiencies that occur as a result of misuse, negligence, blows, improper manipulations and any cause of force majeure or beyond its normal and correct use. Ossby bikes are manufactured for use on cities, roads and path in good condition.

The warranty does not cover possible paint damage or general product finishing that occurs due to exposure or contact with corrosive agents. Nor are damages caused by the installation of parts or accessories not originally set up.

Excluded from this guarantee are the operations of installation, adjustment, set-up, cleaning, etc., as well as the replacement of parts that, by their very nature are subjected to wear and / or normal operation, such as cameras, covers, brakes, etc.

In the event that it is necessary to replace the box we will replace it in the original color whenever there is availability. If due to lack of stock, any colour is out of stock we will immediately contact the customer to communicate the incident and propose a change for another colour.

First, you must have registered and validated your warranty at the following link: https://ossby.com/validar-garantia/

Once the warranty validation form has been submitted, please contact Ossby via the Incident and Warranty Contact Form. Explain what is the problem, how it has happened and attach images of the damaged area to facilitate assessment.

After receiving the email, a first assessment will be set and if it is necessary, the bicycle will be collected for a second examination. In this case, Ossby will take care of the shipping costs in advance.

In the event that this is the case, the bicycle will be repaired at no additional cost. In the opposite case, if the fault is verified, it was concluded that it is not due to defects in the quality of the product, the expenses would be borne by the customer.
