The good news is that we have spare parts for all our components, and we have them in our warehouse in Madrid. Therefore, you will receive the replacement very quickly and you can continue riding your bike around the city. That’s the advantage of a brand made in Spain.
If you need help installing any of the spare parts, we recommend that you visit a workshop.
