Each year, the European Commission chooses a central theme, and for 2023, the focus is &#8220;<b>Energy Efficiency<\/b>&#8221; under the slogan &#8220;<b>Combine and move<\/b>!&#8221;. This means that it is the perfect time to take concrete steps to reduce our impact on the planet while enjoying smarter, more efficient mobility.  <\/p>\n<p>During this week there are many organizations, cities and towns that carry out various celebrations: from cycling meetups, workshops, concerts to animations and road safety education courses. Check your city council&#8217;s website to find out more about the programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Spain leader in participation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As stated by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miteco.gob.es\/es\/calidad-y-evaluacion-ambiental\/temas\/movilidad\/sem_2023.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge<\/a>, &#8220;Spain, for many years, has been leading participation in the European Mobility Week&#8221;.
