We are back at Eurobike! Frankfurt, get ready for our folding bikes

Once again at Eurobike! This time together with more than 1,600 exhibitors

We are very very happy to announce that, once again, we are presenting our folding bikes at the largest cycling fair in Europe: Eurobike, which this year celebrates its first edition in Frankfurt (Germany) from July 13 to 17, 2022.

Professionals and visitors who come to our stand E08, in Hall 9.1 will be able to discover our novelties and new projects. New things are coming! 😉

This year Eurobike brings two important changes: the date, this time will be held from July 13 to 17. And most notably, its move to the city of Frankfurt after more than two decades being held in Friedrichshafen. We loved Friedrichshafen because it was next to Lake Constance, a very beautiful area with stunning scenery. However… the truth is that it was very poorly connected, there was little hotel offerings, and the space where the fair was held was becoming small. Friedchicken (as we called her), you will always be in our heart ❤️

In this Eurobike 2022 we will participate more than 1,500 companies in an area of more than 140,000 m2, breaking pre-pandemic records both in number of brands and in affluence. Good news since last year’s edition did not exceed 600 stands and the surface was much smaller, about 80,000 m2.

Eurobike’s program ranges from conferences on cycling and mobility to BMX demonstrations and shows, including a space for investors, startups and the Innovators Prize, to which Ossby has presented with their new project.

Our solution for sustainable mobility in cities

At Ossby, with our mission to help people move more sustainably and efficiently to create greener and friendlier cities, we will be showcasing our folding bike models and, in addition, we will present our latest news. What’s next? Stay tuned because we are in full swing with the development of a new project.

We are convinced that we have the perfect vehicle to move quickly and comfortably through the cities.

The Curve Eco and Curve Electric bikes, one of the lightest on the market, with the fastest folding in the world and with 3 design patents, have very innovative features: ultra-fast folding in one movement, folding handlebars, 100% aluminum frame, 3 speeds and disc brakes. In addition, in both models very low weights have been achieved: 9.5 kg in the Eco version and 13.5 kg in the electric version. Special mention to the innovative technology included in the Electric version: the “All in One” system with a range of up to 70 km. This version integrates the battery, motor and sensors into the rear wheel of the bike. A technology without cables and that is controlled through the phone to preserve the minimal and unique style that characterizes our folding bikes.

Ossby will be at stand E08 in Hall 9.1

Once again, for the design and manufacture of the stand, a space of 29 m², we have the help of the architects María Eugenia de Loredo and Carlos González. The stand, located in Hall 9.1, located in an area with a lot of visibility where you can try the Ossby bikes.

Ossby’s new project selected for the Innovators Prize

Our commitment to sustainable mobility is evident in the new project on which we are working at full steam. We can’t tell you much now but… it will have an incredible design, which will include innovative and more sustainable materials, which has allowed us to present ourselves to the Eurobike Innovators Prize .

This award focuses on new or young companies and innovators in the bicycle industry and will recognise the most groundbreaking products, services and ideas in Frankfurt on 14 July 2022.

The pre-selection of 15 projects will be carried out through a public vote and also by an expert jury. So you know, vote for Ossby!

We’re coming for you, European market

In our goal of internationalizing the brand and bringing our concept of folding bikes to more users, we are looking for new distributors and collaborators throughout the European continent.
